Ticket FAQ

Is the event free for PAGB members?

Yes, the event is free for current PAGB members with valid membership numbers. However, the PAGB members still need to register for the tickets using their membership number in the form to get tickets free of charge.

Where is the event?

Museum of Science, 1 Science Park, Boston, MA 02114.

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes! We have got free onsite parking for all event attendees. No need to worry about finding a spot or paying for parking on the day.

Is this event family friendly?

Absolutely. The event is open to families, students, professionals, and community members of all ages.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

We strongly recommend buying in advance. This event has a capacity cap of 250 people and tickets are expected to sell out. Walk-in entry is not guaranteed.

How will I receive my ticket?

Your ticket will be sent to the email address you used at checkout. If you added children (below 6, their tickets will arrive as separate attachments in the same email. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.

Is the event free for kids?

Children aged under 6 enter completely free of charge. Children above 6 years old needs to register for tickets and they receive 50% off the general ticket price.

I am a member but I cannot find my membership number.

I have a Family Membership. How many tickets do I get?

Family memberships include 2 tickets at the discounted member rate. Additional guests can be added at the general price, while the kids get 50% off.

How to buy tickets
